just to say i have been running on, as ever, but in the last week have had stomach flu so been in bed (and the bathroom) which has been annoying as it has interrupted my regular running flow...not to mention gross. but am going along fine in general. also my weight loss is going really well, a woman of my word, i said i was going to lose sensibly, slowly and steadily and am doing just that (not that slowly actually)my OH is doing his running too. it's gorgeous spring weather here in italy though we are on a red code lockdown... hey ho. i hope you are all well .love from me ps. i am a Runner.

Well done changing-woman you've come so far and still you're getting better, every run is an adventure 👍 🙂 hope you escape the bathroom and lockdown asap 🤩
Hey You...,I didn’t know you were in Italy 🇮🇹 lovely to see a post from you, well done on your continuing weight loss. I had gastric flu once....which sounds similar to what you’ve had, it’s pretty rough so I do sympathise. Hope you feel better soon 👍
Sorry to hear of your illness. Hope you can get out there soon. Take it easy first time out as post viral fatigue is a thing you know. Hope your weight loss in future is due to your own efforts and not any virus again. As they say in Alto Adige, Viel Gluck!
and it really transpires that it is. your feet keep going its your mind that stops! thus stopping your feet. but otherwise your feet would just keep going cos thats what feet do!
Hope you get well soon could not think of a better place to run beautiful ❤country we used to have a holiday resort up in the hills near Antella beautiful people and amzing food 😀
they laugh with me on the weight loss support forum cos i always without fail start my day with frothy coffee and biscotti. not porridge oats and blueberries or millet or sunflower seeds anything posh like that lol
after my break i keep telling myself, i can do it. its all in the mind. i have already done it all so i can do it again. though my body tells me otherwise!
