Headache

I’ve been struggling with a headache for a few weeks. I’ve seen two doctors but they’re not to find earned about it. It’s now become a bit of a sinus thing and I’ve got a head cold.. it’s summer here so it’s not a seasonal flu.. I feel out of it and am very fatigued regardless of how much sleep I get.. any ideas?

I have these exact same symptoms, I've had them off and on since last November, I've had a ct scan but nothing found,

Anxiety apparently, I have health anxiety so my body causes symptoms of things for no reason

I often get head colds every 2-3 months. It could be due to change of weather? As soon as I went out the next day I was ill with a head cold. It also could either be dehydration or possibly in need of glasses or down to stress? If paracetamols do not suffice, possibly they could offer medication specifically for migraines? Make sure to get 1 Litres of water per day.

Maybe magnetic therapy can help. Here is a link biomag.ie/headache/. Personaly I haven't try this device, so I cannot recommend it. But you can still try it out.
