🙂Today I went for my annual flu jab, I’m not great with needles but since my granddaughter (aged 1) had 4 jabs on Wednesday, I put on a brave front. Imagine my surprise when I ended up having 3 jabs..Flu-Shingles-Pneumonia. Better safe than sorry 🙂

I had flu jab about three weeks ago, didn’t feel the needle, no problems with arm...... I used to get a cold after jab, but not this year!🙂

🙂 I won’t beat around the bush..yes it does, but it is fading and I feel back to normal today. The first 24hrs afterwards have been a bit of a blur, I expected to have flu symptoms because that happened to me last year... Obviously not everybody has the same reaction, so don’t let it put you off 🙂
