Moved back in!
Hello BLF friends I moved back on Friday after hospital. It was a long day. Still squashed on the sofa with an electric radiator, it’s -2 but it’s ok curled up under the duvet. See who keeps me company, and takes most of the room 😃 I’m joking She has been a most supportive companion actually. It’s

Jakafi side effects
Hi everyone, I’m 62, diagnosed w et about 12 years ago, pv a few years later. Terrible itching, esp in high temperatures, was driving me crazy. I got on Jakafi for the itching, and that’s been great. But my immune system has gone to hell—weird infections, bimonthly bronchitis, painful heel bursitis

Food Reaction Tests
My early symptoms for what they were are in remission. I still have a swollen finger, but the generalised pain has gone. My ankles and knees are occasionally a bit achy, but my stiff hands in the morning have gone away. I can drive without discomfort and don't have to remove my shoes in the office.

Pituitary issues
So my labs are in. Got diagnosed with autoimmune Hashimotos last November. I recently crashed and started seeing a functional Med dr. He also tested my hormones. They all came back low along with my thyroid labs. So he’s thinking my pituitary isn’t sending signals. If I supplement my female and thyroid

Methotrexate/medical marijuana
I’ve been on methotrexate for over a year, and Humira for about 5 months. I’m also on an antidepressant. I have just started to feel the worst nausea and stomach discomfort and it seems like after I take my dose of MTX. I was on 10 tablets weekly and was just switched to 5 after complaining of the nausea

Let’s begin ..
So on Monday on my period I done all tests like FSH, LH, Testosterone, Prolactin and TSH to start a fresh cycle. Results should be end of this week. I’m excited and nervous in the same time to go through that 3rd time . Like my last cycle I hope in this time miracle will happen 🍀🙏

Keto diet
Hi everyone. Just wondering if anyone has tried the keto diet and have you had any improvement with your ITP. Were you able to take the ketones supplements? I know with keto alot of people say use MCT oil but being that it is part coconut oil, it is a natural blood thinner.

What to do?
I’m been trying for second baby since August 2016, it’s been a long two years and with loosing my dad last year it hasn’t helped. I’ve been going FSH but since that hasn’t helped I was told next option is IVF. As my husband and I already have a child we have to pay for this. After months off discussion

I'm new here and anxiety is my middle name
Hello to anyone who reads this. I just turned 43 and was diagnosed with an anxiety disorder in my 20's. On top of anxiety, I was diagnosed with ADD many years ago as well. I finally thought that joining a group with people who actually understand the battle might be helpful for me. I remember my
