So I just have to manage the lung
fibrosis
from that, and there is nothing new thankfully (other than increasing age!) I will get regular checks up to be sure, and the team at this London hospital are really fab.

Finally, we may have found the smoking gun.
And was, in fact, NASH with Grade 1
fibrosis
. Still, NASH was a surprise, as Magaret was a nondrinker, not obese, and had no health conditions that would even be considered for Fatty liver. In fact, the CT scan when she got COVID in Jan of 2020 showed her Liver was normal.

have you had trouble getting approved for stem cell transplant?
After some convincing we did the biopsy and discovered early stage
fibrosis
. This was three weeks ago now. When I was diagnosed my hematologist immediately changed his tune kinda said he’s sorry and said I could be cured! He believes I am a perfect candidate for stem cell transplant.

I was just diagnosed F3 with NAFLD but all blood tests normal what now?
My
fibrosis
test showed F0. What do I believe and what follow up do I need? I live in a rural area and my doctor worries the radiologists are over reading the elastography and ultrasound. I see GI this week but I don’t know what to ask for and I don’t want to be dismissed.

Cyst removal and excision via laparoscopy- Expedited surgery experience?
Hi everyone! My GP has requested to expedite my surgery for cyst removal and endometriosis excision as the cyst has grown slightly and they’ve picked up adhesions on my latest ultrasound that weren’t there before. I was just wondering if anyone else has had their surgery expedited and whether it sped

I am looking for advice regarding Black Cohosh. Has anyone successfully taken this for Menopause? I am worried if I try it it may effect Levo.

When to stop prednisolone? Consultant says at ET?
Hello I'm a bit nervous as i've just had a fresh embryo transfer. I've been on prednisolone for suspected auto immune conditions, for the last few weeks/since start of cycle. However, the consultant told me to stop taking it today, now that I have had the transfer. I'm a bit confused as i've read

I have. Thanks for reading x

Endometriosis, adenomyosis & c-section
Hi, I’m wondering if anyone has any advice on what to expect regarding having a C-section with endo & adeno? This is my first pregnancy, I’m nearly 34 weeks and due to having placenta previa I have been told I will need a C-section. I am quite anxious about it & just wondering if anyone else has been

Typical Diet
I'm S4
Fibrosis
, 13.4 kpg (I was 36.6!) but lost 2 stone but I'm now stuck. I'm T2 diabetic but that's now well controlled with 1 Metformin daily and a weekly Ozempic injection. I've had a few hypos lately and have eaten sweets etc to bring my level up.

From high hopes to not a lot of hope in one gruelling morning.
To add insult to injury Dr Google says cyclophosphamide can actually cause ILD and pulmonary
fibrosis
so I won't be consulting that again.

Extreme liver enzyme elevation
I had a fibroscan scan during that time when my liver enzymes were elevated and it said mild to moderate
fibrosis
, but the recent mri did not show that. Is it possible to have auto immune hepatitis that doesn’t show in a blood test? Is it possible to have it and not have it show up?

Quality of blastocyst
Hi everyone, I’m fairly new on this network. I’m 43 but nearly 44 soon & had 2 rounds of IVF (to see how many eggs I can get) before the embryo transfer which was couple days ago. Found 5 eggs, 1 dropped so out of 4 eggs, only 2 fertilised but only 1 reached 5 day blastocyst. I was told the grading
