Finally, Total Hysterectomy, BOS, Excision Endometriosis & possible resection of bowel. Advice, Support or Guidance appreciated :)
I’ve suffered since I was 8 years old, after an attack as a young girl I was told my
fertility
was in question and a now or never was implied at 15. Since they discovered my large endometrioma in 2017 I’ve been waiting for urgent surgery.

PCOS AND CYSTS
hello I have pcos and a large ovarian cyst, I’m due to have my first
fertility
treatment appointment in a few weeks time however I went for a repeat ultrasound and found my cyst has grown, I was wondering if anyone else has had anything like this as I’m petrified they will take my ovary away.

Consultants / nurses involvement
Sort of a bit neglected by the consultants 😂 Is it like that at all
fertility
clinics do you think and that’s the standard process? Maybe I’m being needy 🙈

Chances of success - Aberdeen Fertility Calculator?
Hello everyone, Im in my early 40s and always disheartened by
fertility
stats of less than 5%. I know there is such a thing as individual chances of success and as you progress further through a cycle and hopefully get eggs then embryos odds increase.

Do you need to wean off prednisone if only taken during 2ww and 5 days before transfer?
Fertility
clinic says yes but they didn’t prescribe the steroids, but Epsom clinic said no need to wean if under 3 weeks and they prescribed them. Why do the professionals opinions always differ 😫. Not sure what to do if I get a negative x

All embryos used up - BFN, turning 44 soon.. DE??
While all our initial
fertility
test have come back normal, I feel the main issue is my age and while I may get lucky with another cycle, I feel my chances are slim. I'm in 2 minds if we should try again.

Is Endo hereditary? Who has a similar family history as me and severe Endo!?
My family history isn’t even suggestive of
fertility
issues/disease, yet somehow I have this stupid disease! Anyone else similar?

Long term PCOS sufferer
Fast forward to 2018 I met my partner, after a year I came off the pill to try for a baby, I went to another gp who sent me to the
fertility
clinic where a male doctor just badgered me about my weight and told me they won't help until I lose weight.

Falsely elevated serum estradiol in woman of reproductive age led to unnecessary intervention and delayed fertility opportunity
In addition to unnecessary investigations and interventions and severe mental stress, falsely elevated estradiol results can result in missed or delayed
fertility
opportunities.

Sensitive content possibly- free books to a good home now my journey is over!
The fit for
fertility
book is easy reading ( does have a rip on the side of the outside- doesn’t impact on the book itself) Alan Beer I brought brand new but my dog decided to bite it when it was delivered via letter box- this does not effect the book content. ) Happy to post second class at the weekend

Relationship struggles
My fear is that I am a changed person - and scared that person is no longer enough for him, with or without continuing the
fertility
journey.

When does the crap end
How to deal with this as well as
fertility
treatment? Wait, but at nearly 41 there isn’t time left. How many times is it possible to keep picking your self up?

Hope you are all well and having successful
fertility
journeys. I am getting ready for my last ever transfer after 4 miscarriages. I have a few problems from a uterine abnormality, adenomyosis and a clotting gene mutation.
