PCOS AND CYSTS

hello I have pcos and a large ovarian cyst, I’m due to have my first fertility treatment appointment in a few weeks time however I went for a repeat ultrasound and found my cyst has grown, I was wondering if anyone else has had anything like this as I’m petrified they will take my ovary away.
