Fertility treatments are a long and hard journey, by even starting on this path you are so brave and strong.

It might not mean much coming from a stranger but you need to know, with or without a baby - you are enough.

You have endless capacity for love, you are filled with compassion and you are a whole and complete person. Your fertility struggles don't define you and your value is not conditional on the results of this journey.

Every day the users of this forum support, console and advise eachother. Please take just a moment to be as kind to yourself as you are to the strangers on this forum - you deserve the same support you give to others.

Yeah, doing well thanks. Hope you and the twins are well?

One of my close friends just started IVF and I suggested this forum to her. She said she hoped I posted as I had learned a lot of lessons that I should share and it reminded me how important community is when you're in the thick of it. Hoping I can pop in every so often to help where I can! X

Thank you for your lovely post. I'm on the way to my first scan for my mock cycle of my 4th round of ivf (first round using donor eggs). In starting to just feel so tired of it all but this post really perked me up..... for one more time I've got this. Sending you 💕
