Chronic diarrhea, headache, fever - anyone else
I continue to have chronic diarrhea accompanied with headache, fever, overall pain,
fatigue
. etc several times a week. I have lupus. Just wonder if anyone else has these symptoms all together. I am also underweight from this. It is like having intestinal flu all the time.

Dry cough and GCA
A persistent dry cough for about 2 months (along with unusual
fatigue
) was what got me to my GP originally and after having ruled out Covid and undergoing 5 months of scans etc, eventually lead to my GCA/LVV dx.I have since learnt that it can be an atypical symptom...

HRT stops pain increases bleeding
Since using HRT/Tranzamic acid all my pain has gone, my pelvic pain has gone, my extreme bloating,
fatigue
, I don’t feel angry all the time and I don’t hot flush. My constant urination has reduced and I don’t flood. Now though I feel really depressed and low every day.

After raising dose, what is expected?
However, the last few days I am experiencing a great deal of
fatigue
. Is this part of the process? Is it too early to test to see if my numbers have perhaps worsened? Something feels so off! As always, thank you.

Clear liver on ultrasound but GGT and other markers rising.
I have NO symptoms of elevated liver enzymes: stomach pain/dark pee/
fatigue
/itching/jaundice/light coloured poo/loss of appetite/nausea, and vomiting. Weight has stayed the same, bar the loss of 4-5 pounds since no alcohol. I've also noticed liking sugary things a bit more since stopping drinking.

B12 deficiency and bronchitis
I wasn’t getting better so went to the GP who told me I had post viral
fatigue
and told me to rest but weeks later I was getting worse. Long story short I had a blood test done and was told I have low B12 levels. They didn’t tell me the metric. They said the level was 36 (is this low?).

Initial diagnosis Ataxia but then a Brain Tumour
I still have other symptoms and
Fatigue
has been the hardest. I’ve had to give up my career as a Self Emploted Practice Accountant for 21 years back in November 22. I have found that very hard. I can still do the job but the volume of work and other things made it really stressful.

A thank you!
Someone wrote that depression is not wanting to do anything and
fatigue
is wanting to do things and not having the energy. This resonated with me and I have tried to explain this experience many times including professionals.

Really need some reassurance and advice
Have suffered with bouts of
fatigue
, and flu like feelings on and off since 2018 - was diagnosed with fibromyalgia. I began to experience hot flushes and sweating regularly this year but put this down to being nearly 40 and female and perhaps my hormones are changing.

Progression
I know each patient with PSP is unique, but I was wondering if any one started with similar symptoms:
fatigue
, sleep disturbance, loss of strength, balance and what comes next?

Is there such thing as a "runaway flare?"
Then I went up to 14 mg, which reduced my adrenal
fatigue
symptoms, but nine days later my PMR symptoms were even worse. So yesterday I went up to 20 mg, and this morning it appears I am finally feeling a reduction in my PMR symptoms.
