Quality of life not great
I have constant
fatigue
, hair falling out everyday, thinning eyebrows and cannot lose weight despite reducing my daily calorie intake to around 1100.

tired in the morning
I was just wondering if anyone else wakes up to extreme tiredness and
fatigue
where they can’t stop yawning. Is this yet another symptom of perimenopause 🤷♀️😩.

Flecanide
Fatigue
and shortness of breath seem to be getting worse so I’m changing from carvedilol to propranolol which I’ve taken in the past with no problem. Any suggestions for an alternative to Flecanide? I’ve reduced dosage to 25 mg a.m./50 mg p.m. but no change.

Trouble with concentrating and extreme fatigue
However I am really struggling with extreme
fatigue
and trouble concentrating, and it’s really affecting me now as I’ve just gone back to work. I’ve very recently come off my antipsychotics but haven’t noticed much of a difference yet.

I have struggled with symptoms since I was 13: painful, heavy periods, pain during intercourse, pain during ovulation, sciatic pain, bowel issues,
fatigue
etc.

Overwhelmed and scared!
I’ve not had a general anaesthetic since 18 and with other medical conditions I have (fibro & ME/Chronic
Fatigue
) I’m stressing myself out that those symptoms will flare up even more and I’ll be really unwell. I’m normally quite a positive person but keep thinking the worst.

Worth seeing NHS gynaecologist after private surgery?
I started having really painful periods around the start of 2023 (was previously on the pill since my teens) and had already been suffering with
fatigue
and frequent bugs, infections etc for years before.

Update on carbolatin-etoposide
There are not too many side affects, just some
fatigue
for a few days after each chemo. Hopefully the liver mets continue to respond. 🙏 He is having a PSMA scan later this week. We will then see if Pluvicto may be an option for him also. Good luck and best wishes to everyone. N.

Starting again after cancer....
I am also still weak as a kitten, suffering from
fatigue
and only just starting to eat solid foods again. (Almost up to 1200 calories a day!) Time to come back to Laura and the C25K program... :) I know it will be hard, but I am really looking forward to it. Wish me luck folks.

Shingles - to vacc or not to vacc
The illness was only different to the vacc's by way of longer lasting dead to the bone
fatigue
and zombie brain lasting longer (6 weeks+), after initial impact wore off.

None of my family message me.
It is still the 3rd leading cause of death in the US, plus they are having trouble treating people with Long COVID (they are getting Chronic
Fatigue
Syndrome and Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, probably from inflammation in the brain caused by the immune system response to the virus).

Update on B1 dose increase after 4+ years
I continued at the higher dose (2 grams/day) until the middle of August, then I started having symptom recurrence (brain fog,
fatigue
, urinary urge incontinence, word recall problems, increased tremor).

Compensated or Decompensated?
I don’t have any of the above symptoms but I do have other symptoms:
fatigue
, stiffness and pain in upper abdomen, muscle cramps, nausea and loss of appetite. My recent bloodwork is completely normal though. My Fib-4 score based on this bloodwork is F1.

Not Fibromyalgia: Not CFS
Following major surgery for head and neck cancer I developed terrible
fatigue
which included a ton of symptoms. Covid was rife and no appointments were possible with a GP. Not much better now either. I was in a real state both physically and mentally so emailed my surgery with a 2 page letter.

Anaemia after TAVI
In July I had a successful TAVI with an excellent recovery - until early September, when I experienced
fatigue
. At first I put this down to the very hot weather here in England.
