Chronic diarrhea, headache, fever - anyone else

Hi! I had Covid in 2020 before the vaccine. That started the frequent diarrhea. I continue to have chronic diarrhea accompanied with headache, fever, overall pain, fatigue. etc several times a week. I have lupus. Just wonder if anyone else has these symptoms all together. I am also underweight from this. It is like having intestinal flu all the time. It doesn' seem related to what I eat. I have thought about trying Alforex as many suggest that really helps.

So sorry to hear of your distress. Perhaps a check up with your GP would be in order just to confirm you maybe suffering from long Covid or something else. Good Luck🍀
