T3 only and heart rate
It has resolved 4 years of debilitating symptoms, including chronic
fatigue
. I have faulty D102 and am a poor converter. I was finally taken off levothyroxine following abnormal ECG and tachycardia.

However I still feel terrible with severe
fatigue
& body aches. I am taking vit D, multi vit, iron (heme) and going to restart cortex adrenal. As my cortisol is coming back low.

Bad AI symptoms. Should I raise my pred for a few days?
That and also terrible
fatigue
and zero appetite. I can't function like this. Do you think I should go up on the pred for a few days? If so, how much? I did have a really stressful event happen the day before yesterday, and I know some people here up their pred to get through stressful events.

First period on progesterone only pill
I have been having my usual PMS symptoms that I normally get in the lead up to my period (cramping, sore boobs, frequent urination,
fatigue
, headaches etc etc) so I don't feel any different than normal and am worried that my period will be the same as normal even on the pill.

I'm trying to find ways to have already available 'files' for you on certain subjects like itching, general tips, tips for
fatigue
, and what questions to ask your doctors throughout the PBC journey. This way you can just click on them when a subject comes up that has already been addressed.

Prostap and Tibolone
Hello everyone, just wanted some advice, started Prostap and tibolone on Monday and since then have felt like I've been hit by a bus ( headache, nausea,
fatigue
, body aches, ovary pain etc) and I can honestly say I have never felt so emotional in my life!

Anyone near Dorking in Surrey who’d like to meet up?
Main symptoms are
fatigue
, brain fog, and bone pain. I’m taking 15 mg ruxolitinib twice a day, and since weekly injections of EPO were added, my haemoglobin levels have pretty well normalised. Definitely feel more energetic.

Another day of conflicting advice
Having reduced slowly to 3.25, I had the horrid flu virus with a possible GCA flare with headache similar to the pre diagnosis ones, unbelievable
fatigue
and very low mood. Raised by 1mg and symptoms settled.

recurring illnesses
I’ve been getting a recurring illness several times a month where I get a fever, severe
fatigue
, sore throat pain under my left rib, loss of appetite which doesn’t respond to painkillers, all since I started t3. it feels like the start of flu but does t progress into coughing or sneezing.

High B12 - more tests needed?
My SO has several anaemia symptoms - pallor, breathlessness,
fatigue
, dizziness, nausea etc. GP says the bloodwork is OK despite family history of PA. Blood tests (GP & Medichecks) so far show haemoglobin & MCH a bit below range, haematocrit & MCH low but in range.

I do believe exercise is the best medicine for this disease, but my correct
fatigue
prohibits me from doing intense exercise. What’s interesting is that my MDS says my symptoms as I describe them do not reflect the standard tests he gives me.

adrenals perhaps?
I have periods of chronic
fatigue
too. No jaw pain or visual disturbance. No criticism of rheumy or GP - both supportive and good at listening. My question is - is this adrenals or a flare? Should I increase for a short period and see what happens? (Don't want to yo-yo). Thanks again.

Test results - I think I might have iron deficiency to add into the mix........
But the
fatigue
is the worst, it is severe. It did get better initially on the steroids but has now deteriorated again.
