Side effects after a dose increase?
I was symptomatic (cold,
fatigue
, puffy, aches) and prescribed 25 levo which was increased to 50 after 12 weeks. I was left on 50 for around a year and then bumped up to 75. This was due to a reading of 4.44 on my TSH blood test. I stayed on 75 for 12 weeks and then had another test.

Not sure anymore
Lastly, the
fatigue
is like nothing I have ever known. I can sleep all day and nap during the day.My GP thought PMR and gave me a 10 day course of 20mg steroids. Fortunately or unfortunately I never noticed no improvement. Next step, my GP referred me for a Cervical Spinal x-ray.

Workouts
Many owners of prostate cancers say that they engage in vigorous exercise to combat
fatigue
and bone loss. It would be helpful if they could describe their routines. I am upgrading my lifelong workouts to the highest level m,y skinny, 85-year-old body can handle.

Bad AI symptoms. Should I raise my pred for a few days?
That and also terrible
fatigue
and zero appetite. I can't function like this. Do you think I should go up on the pred for a few days? If so, how much? I did have a really stressful event happen the day before yesterday, and I know some people here up their pred to get through stressful events.

Fatigue and muscle weakness
Just a quick question about the above. Over the last three or four days I have become more and more fatigued with a feeling of muscle weakness. I put this down to the hot weather, drank more water and eletrolytes and kept out of the sun. However, it is cooler now and if anything, I feel more fatigued

optimal bloods?
However I still feel terrible with severe
fatigue
& body aches. I am taking vit D, multi vit, iron (heme) and going to restart cortex adrenal. As my cortisol is coming back low.

Prostap and Tibolone
Hello everyone, just wanted some advice, started Prostap and tibolone on Monday and since then have felt like I've been hit by a bus ( headache, nausea,
fatigue
, body aches, ovary pain etc) and I can honestly say I have never felt so emotional in my life!

I do believe exercise is the best medicine for this disease, but my correct
fatigue
prohibits me from doing intense exercise. What’s interesting is that my MDS says my symptoms as I describe them do not reflect the standard tests he gives me.

Anyone near Dorking in Surrey who’d like to meet up?
Main symptoms are
fatigue
, brain fog, and bone pain. I’m taking 15 mg ruxolitinib twice a day, and since weekly injections of EPO were added, my haemoglobin levels have pretty well normalised. Definitely feel more energetic.

High B12 - more tests needed?
My SO has several anaemia symptoms - pallor, breathlessness,
fatigue
, dizziness, nausea etc. GP says the bloodwork is OK despite family history of PA. Blood tests (GP & Medichecks) so far show haemoglobin & MCH a bit below range, haematocrit & MCH low but in range.

First period on progesterone only pill
I have been having my usual PMS symptoms that I normally get in the lead up to my period (cramping, sore boobs, frequent urination,
fatigue
, headaches etc etc) so I don't feel any different than normal and am worried that my period will be the same as normal even on the pill.

Another day of conflicting advice
Having reduced slowly to 3.25, I had the horrid flu virus with a possible GCA flare with headache similar to the pre diagnosis ones, unbelievable
fatigue
and very low mood. Raised by 1mg and symptoms settled.

how to get projects done with fatigue
so I’ve been pretty stressed this week. I’m a teacher and I’m teaching a new class and the prep is pretty intense and I’m also in meetings all day and have another big project on top of that and what tends to happen is that I just get overwhelmed by all of it and then procrastinate and it just gets

T3 only and heart rate
It has resolved 4 years of debilitating symptoms, including chronic
fatigue
. I have faulty D102 and am a poor converter. I was finally taken off levothyroxine following abnormal ECG and tachycardia.
