16hr Fasting
Me and my wife practice 16hrs for 30days, (my wife does twice a year) Dry Fasting ( no food no water) , and we can manage hunger and thirst, but the worst is
fatigue
and sleep, what should be the right kind of food that we should include in diet to help cope with the energy levels.

Pernicious Anemia treatment
Following my first cyanocobalamin injection on February 8, 2024, I experienced significant
fatigue
, prompting further investigation. I ordered a folate level test myself and tested my b12 levels again.

inconclusive results for PV
But when symptoms like red skin, high blood pressure,
fatigue
, tingling legs, gout, and blurred vision are present. In addition to most people with the JAK2 mutation having MPN, and both HB, Hematocrit, and EPO indicate MPN, I can't settle for that. Anyone had results like this?

Help!
Accompanied by extreme
fatigue
and brain fog.
Current:
Awaiting results on neck MRI (a follow up to one done in 2022, which if all ok will likely mean referral to a neurologist).

Strange, but good happenings. Not sure why.
Coupling SE of my PCa with those for MDS-RS, I had basically double
fatigue
. Woke up with just as much
fatigue
as when I went to bed. Generally, had to get up to pee a couple of times a night. Then a couple of weeks ago, it felt like a wave of relief washed over me.

I joined this forum when I was concerned about
fatigue
that started eight weeks after I'd been given a new heart valve in July 2023. (I'd made an excellent recovery.)

PMS better this month but the
fatigue
was still very bad. I take melatonin at night, but currently this isn’t helping. I’m a single parent, so this feels extremely hard. Is it possible my meds are still too high?
