Does anyone else take supplements or eat a more B12 rich diet to help fight

Reduce screen time with the FREE Google Docs speech typing and editing tool.
As you know by now you need to use a computer to do most things and if you can reduce the time spent writing stuff out there is less visual stress and less
fatigue
. Google Docs has a FREE tool where you can write a document, letter or anything down by just talking into your microphone.

I did feel an improvement in energy,
fatigue
levels etc. However in the last few weeks I've been struggling with side effects like sweating.

Random symptoms
Now I get random bouts of heart racing, crushing
fatigue
if I'm not careful to take breaks in the daytime or get enough sleep at night. I thought being stable meant no more issues but it appears I have to keep stress free, rest often/ go to bed early and don't overwork.

Fatigue - definition
Is this how you would describe the
fatigue
you feel? Do you explain it in a better way than I can? Perhaps closer to muscle
fatigue
after a marathon??
Fatigue
is also a core reason my GP is “98% sure I also have chronic
fatigue
” (ME) and by years end will pursue getting a formal diagnosis.

She has symptoms of aching and
fatigue
and has had high cortisol and some symptoms of Sjogrens (tested for this but not diagnosed). Her TSH is 3.7 and FT4 9 (7-25) Antibodies not tested. She thinks her pituitary may be at fault and is aware of secondary hypothyroidism.

New Symptoms...
My biggest issue is
fatigue
. Recently though, I've been diagnosed with Gastroparesis, I've been having a hard time holding back BMs, and for the last 6 months or so I've had decreased sensation during sex. I've had 1 fall back in November down the stairs and urinated on myself when I fell.

Hello, I am new in this group, but have been searching for answers for years about chronic
fatigue
. Over a decade ago, I thought I'd found the answer as I was diagnosed with a B12 deficiency, which is now supplemented with regular injections.

4dp5dt Back pain
I had cramps,
fatigue
and Bloating until yesterday. This morning I woke up and didn't have any symptoms. However I went shopping this afternoon and had to cut it short as my back was hurting. Has anyone else experienced this?

High Urate Levels Symptoms?
Also intense Brain Fog, confusion, memory lapse now and again, with
fatigue
and tiredness. It feels like my head is being squeezed and 'swimming about' with lack of concentration. Had 3 Urine tests in all! and all came back fine.

tapered recently from 3.5mg prednisone to 3. how long should i wait before going to 2.5?
I am experiencing some
fatigue
now but no pain. I sometimes wonder if I'm symptom free. I guess I won't know until I keep tapering down. I'm not due for blood work for another 3 months. How soon can I start a taper down to 2.5mg pred?

What could cause such dramatic weight gain
I have currently been on .1 mg Synthroid and 5 mcg Cytomel for three months, and while the blue lips, freezing cold and
fatigue
are gone, my legs are super swollen and hard, my "weight" is up 20 pounds in two months (unexplained by diet / lifestyle).

Have I cardiac haemolytic anaemia or haven't I?
The spectacular increase in ferritin follows an iron infusion on May 30 and appears to be too much of a good thing (reference range is 30-400) and may partially explain my current
fatigue
. The other factor is low Vitamin D, and my GP has suggested tablets.

What other tests
I get Joint Pain, slight Malar Rash (not rasied) always jusy flat and red across the bridge and cheeks, headaches, bruising, hives and angiodema, ulcers, joint pain,
fatigue
The more I research the more I am convinced its lupus. Just hoping the diagnosis route is not too long for me. Thanks x

Other than first evening
fatigue
has not been a problem. That evening I experienced slight
fatigue
. That night I got up to pee three times (one time had been typical for me). Day 1 post treatment- Some urinary urgency. Started two Flomax a day.

New here 🤗
I was diagnosed in 2017 with chronic pain, chronic
fatigue
and osteoarthritis. I have tried all pain medications the NHS has, and nothing touches the pain. I have had horrendous pain in my feet, left one for over a year, and that disappeared then it started in the right one .
