PLEASE SAVE ME I M DEPRESSED CHIROOSIS

m from india plese help me i just got detected with liverr chirrrosis with above fibroscan value due to 4 years of excess tobbaco every 15 days 4 pags antidepressants and sleeping pills as i have severe depresssion for last 30 yars i am 45 i had fatty liver 3 but didnt chek for last 3 yeas as my both parrents i lost in corona and i m alone so totally inactive lifestyle now i m severely stessed cant able to sleep as fear of complication i m scarred as i started diet exercise no sugar no salt and no alchole but have to take antidepressants anyway now i m having rib cage pain and right side abdominal pain my doc told me its due to liver inflamation and chirrosis and didnt do nothing i m scared as its been 15 days still continue this rib pain right side i cut down tobbaco eating to 4 packet instead of 10 daily why my inflamation is not going away even after diet exercise i fear my chirossis is worsening shoudl i go for fibroscan again ....as its done just before one month i fear my kpa shoud be now 20 due to persisten pain and other symtom is fatigue . plz help
