Hypothyroidism despite normal TSH (1.88)?
Hey. I'm really confused over what's going on with my body. For a few months, I have been having most of the symptoms associated with hypothyroidism. I'm having unexplained weight gain, chronic constipation, gas and bloating, hair thinning, no periods, fatigue during the middle of the day, dry skin (

Is this normal?
I'm 17, originally I was unsure of whether I had endometriosis. Im due a laparoscopy in two weeks (18th of March), and now I'm pretty sure I have endometriosis in my bowel. All my symptoms heavily correlate, but now i'm wondering something. All my symptoms have suddenly and drastically gotten worse within

Help with contraception
I really need help with finding the right contraception for me. I have been on the pill (Rigevidon) which worked for the first few months to ensure regular periods and protection however I regularly forgot to take it and the worry of being pregnant for the weeks before my period was a major disadvantage

No period after stop Norethisterone
I was on Norethisterone for 14 days and supposed to have a "heavy and painful period" before my baseline scan. That did not happen. Tomorrow is my scan and I had no period at all. Does anyone knows what does that mean? Am I going to be able to start the injections?

Combined Pill
I'm 15 and my mum took me to the doctors and asked for the pill. How old do I have to be to decide not to continue the pill?

Looking for advice (serious pain, weird irregular periods, fatigue)
Hello everyone, I have been having stomach issues for years, doctors have said IBS before, I came off the pill more than a year ago as wanted to have children, since then every month around the time of my period has been hell. My periods are irregular, mostly black and brown spotting (and smelly), whenever

It never seems to stop
Hi everyone, I’m a 27 year old female and I realised in 2016 that I might have symptoms of endometriosis. I was checked by the GP and they said that I have the symptoms but they can’t see anything in the scan (which was painful). They put me on the pill but I didn’t like being on them so I stopped.

Is this Endo?
Hello everyone, I have recently been referred to the hospital for an ultrasound as I have been experiencing pain in the right lower side of my tummy for a year. This pain has become much more consistent and sharper during the last three months. As well as this, I have bloating, a full up feeling, indigestion

I am currenlty waiting for an ultrasound at the hospital. I’ve always suffered from painful and heavy periods. When I was in my teens, my periods were also irregular. 1st Lap yesterday, no endo found but adhesiology done....
So I had my first laparoscopy yesterday for suspected endo and adhesions. As mentioned in previous posts I had my first child via c-section so I was told this would increase my chances of both endo and adhesions. My symptoms are inline with both those of endo and adhesions. My gynae came to see me

I’m scared that my fresh cycle can be cancelled 😢
This is my 3rd cycle...and the worst one so far . I start this cycle on 27 jan starting from a synarel spray . Had on time my period on 3rd feb for 4 days . Last week 19 feb I had down regulation scan to see how I’m doing on spray. So my ovaries look good and “quiet “ no cysts ...but my lining is bit

FET protocol options
Hi, I have recently failed to down regulate and had a cancelled cycle, I’m waiting on my period and I just feel dreadful..moody, irritable, tearful, crampy yet still no period! I’m not sure I can feel like this again but am keen to move forward. My clinic would like me to have a scan after my period

Period light after laparoscopy but passing clots. Anyone else had this? 3 weeks post op
Had first period since laparoscopy which I had about 3 weeks ago. My periods before they found endo were getting lighter and lighter and there would be clots in the toilet after a wee. I thought perhaps my periods would go back to normal after endo excised but it started today and started off a bit

Advice please
Hello! I am 22 years old. I started my periods when I was 12 and I first started to experience bad periods when I was 13. I have been to my GP many times. I was put on the pill when I was 15. I feel that the pill has helped to manage my symptoms but I am concerned about the potential long term affects
