It never seems to stop

Hi everyone,

I’m a 27 year old female and I realised in 2016 that I might have symptoms of endometriosis. I was checked by the GP and they said that I have the symptoms but they can’t see anything in the scan (which was painful). They put me on the pill but I didn’t like being on them so I stopped.

I’ve come to know my body well and realised especially in the last year that once my period ends, I’m already cramping and bloated and feeling like I’m getting ready for th next one. There are times I’d see my period twice in one month as they come every 2weeks (or just over). Last week, I would wake up from my sleep with bad cramps (less than a week after my period). I was wondering if anyone else gets this? There never seems to be a break long enough between my periods (every 14-18 days) where I feel “normal”

It definitely sounds like endo. You can only get a confirmation with a lap. ( Surgery) The only way to deal with this is to have excision surgery where they will cut the endo out instead of burning it. Check out Nancy’s Nook on FB. It is an invaluable wealth of information.

Does blurry vision also have any relation to endo? I’ve been realising that my vision is slightly blurry and hard to focus when talking to someone (I also get dizziness randomly)
