After D&C
After having a d&c on 1St October I had only a day or two of bleeding then it stopped! I randomly started bleeding again around the 10th/11th which has just eased off I'm just wondering if it's still the after effects of D&c? Surely it's not a period already? Was never told when to expect a period of

Constant mid cycle bleeding
Hi, just looking for some advice. For the past 3/4 months I am having pretty much constant mid cycle bleeding. This initially started out around ovulation but in the last couple months I feel like I'm just constantly bleeding, to the point I'm finding it difficult to know what bleeding is my period and

Hysteroscopy & Balloon Catheter
Hello! In August 2015 I had a uterine septum resection performed by hysteroscopy. It was a complete septum but I bled a lot due to thickened lining so it was hard to see if they got it all out. Then in February 2018 I had a miscarriage, upon further scans after this they discovered I had uterine polyps

Period mirena and zoladex
Hi guys, Two years ago I had a laparoscopy for my endometriosis and had the Mirena inserted. The doctor started me on zoladex for six months 2 weeks after surgery. That was amazing and I didn't get my periods at all throughout and just assumed it would begin after I had finished. I had spotting throughout

Newly diagnosed pelvic congestion syndrome
I’ve recently been diagnosed with pelvic congestion syndrome after 10 years of suffering with pelvic pain and heavy periods. Initially was told it was endometriosis so I tried numerous contraceptive pills and mirena to help with symptoms but none have had any effect. I had the mirena removed in September

Newly Diagnosed
Hi guys, I suspected I had endo since being a teenager (now 29) but my symptoms were never bad enough for me to really investigate, and there wasn’t enough information available! After suffering with much worse symptoms for over a year (since coming off the combined pill), going back and forth to doctors

Late period following Endomitriosis Laparoscopy
I had my laparoscopy about 6 weeks ago. I got my first period normally but my second period is now almost a week late. No sign if cramps (which I usually start feeling a week before my period starts). My only symptoms are breast tenderness and feeling a bit drained but it's not coming to anything. I

What painkillers do you use during your period?
I am currently in agony, I think this is the worst period I’ve ever had and my endo has been lasered out and I have had 3 periods since but this one is kicking my ass. For so long I’ve been trying to just use ibuprofen, heat and “man up” but it’s no longer feasible I’m in absolute agony and I have an

I am sure I have endometriosis, but doctors wont help!
I started my periods when I was 10 years old, and I always dreaded that time of the month due to having “bad periods”. I was put on the pill soon after this and I was told this would help settle them as will help “level my hormones”. From then i was put on what feels like every kind of contraceptive

Help with interpreting results please
I’ve been suffering from very heavy periods since puberty and more recently after the birth of my youngest child. I had a mirena coil fitted and had some relief but that came with its own problems. I had the coil removed a year ago and the heavy periods returned. I had been feeling terrible fatigue for

Adenomyosis or Endometriosis?
Hi all, I had a lap a month ago which, during which my BSGE surgeon only found a few "very minimal" suspicious spots that actually came back negative for endo at biopsy- so technically I don't have an endometriosis diagnosis. However, I am still having lots of ongoing issues. My symptoms are: - pelvic
