Looking for advice (serious pain, weird irregular periods, fatigue)

Hello everyone, I have been having stomach issues for years, doctors have said IBS before, I came off the pill more than a year ago as wanted to have children, since then every month around the time of my period has been hell. My periods are irregular, mostly black and brown spotting (and smelly), whenever I am on my period, I am in loads of pain and often even when I am not on my period, have even passed out before and I am crazy tired and get bad headaches. Have had an MRI for my pituitary gland in December and it showed a microadenoma but my endocrinologist has sent me away that they did not find a reason for it so have not had any treatment just said to have the MRI redone in 6 months, I have mentioned endometriosis before and have had an ultrasound when the ultrasound lady said I do not have endometriosis but I hear they cannot just say that as ultrasound cannot show if someone has endometriosis or not, I have tried to ask for laparoscopy before but nothing. My stomach has been horrible, I have hardly been able to eat anything in the last few weeks, pretty much diarrhea every day even though I have cut out wheat, dairy from my diet. Have had lots of blood tests done, can anyone give any advice, suggestions? Also as there are others here who have endometriosis, are my symptoms the same as yours if so what should I do?
