I’m scared that my fresh cycle can be cancelled 😢

This is my 3rd cycle...and the worst one so far . I start this cycle on 27 jan starting from a synarel spray . Had on time my period on 3rd feb for 4 days . Last week 19 feb I had down regulation scan to see how I’m doing on spray. So my ovaries look good and “quiet “ no cysts ...but my lining is bit to thick 7.2 . They took some blood test and urine saying they gonna call me next day if I’m gonna start my injections on 21 feb . Yeh I did had a call to continue with spray only and they want to see my on 26 feb . This Saturday gone I had some period just for half a day ....I worried because my last period was exactly 20 days ago and I got regular one every 28 days ...but I txt my nurse on my portal and she replied that good news . Yesterday again I had bit bleeding but only for few hours and 2day only light brown discharge when I wipe . We went for my appointment 2day ... My blood test come out good oestrogen level good nothing in urine . My right ovary look healthy and the left one too part from they find very very small cyst .. My lining is even thicker then last time 10.3 that just before period.... but she said that look like my body really trying to bleed (period) but that little cyst is stopping of me having proper period . This cyst is nothing bad to worry ..that can go with period or they can just drain. I cry 😢 I cannot do it anymore....I don’t know what to say ...I never have anything like it in my last two cycles..specially the second cycle I was on the same meds what I’m now . Why why all this happens 😔😔 They give me extra spray and they took some blood and urine test and now I need to wait for them phone call till 2morrow . The nurse only said that doctor will go through my previous cycle treatment and if oestrogen level is good they may say to start injections and when it come to egg collections they will drain that little cyst ... but if the oestrogen level is over 100 they may say to stop the cycle...drain the cyst and start all over ... She wasn’t a doctor only nurse so we will know 2morrow the final decision. Please ladies is any of u had similar case and if so what they did .

Hi Olivia, unfortunately I haven't had the same experience but I am due to go for a FET Friday and had been experiencing bleeding on and off for a week so was tough and go but had a scan Monday and my lining all fine so good to go but I know how hard it is and makes you even more anxious!! I have my fingers crossed for you xx

Thank u clairenix. My period is every 28 days and im due 2morrow. I can feel the pain before but I don’t know if will come due to that little cyst 😔 but I did bleed for half day last Saturday and this Monday gone....but just not enough....and nurse said looks like my body really is trying to bleed (period)😔 I just wanna cry I swear why this things happens now 😔 Week ago I didn’t had cyst and my lining was 7.2 ...now I got cyst and lining is even thicker 10.3 😢😔 I’m still waiting for phone call from the doctor to tell me what they gonna do . Yes doctor call me yesterday saying that we don’t need to cancel the cycle but we need to drain that cyst . That my oestrogen level is over 300 so by removing it should drop down so we can move forward.I being in clinic this morning to drain that cyst. All went well and kwik . One of the nurses there very nice and friendly remember me from last cycle said that this cyst will stop follicle to grow and it happens cyst one in 100 women being on treatment. I got all ready appointment for scan this Tuesday coming at 10am so I hope things gonna look better. Aha finally I may have my period now ...so fingers crossed. Xx
