I am going to buy some balloons and try this. Bought a harmonica but living in a flat am reluctant to use it in case neighbours hear. Think this sounds like good lung exercise. Thank you Paco.👍😊 xxx

Not surprised at all. Joined a choir for that very same reason. I have the voice of a nightingpig 😂but singing for well being is extremely good for you, as is mixing with lovely like minded people. 👍
