Feeling exhausted in prep for FET
Afternoon all lovely people, I know there are a few in the 2ww or preparing for transfer at the mo...I’m on the highest meds I’ve ever had for transfer (max Progynova and progesterone,
evorel
patches and with added ‘trigger’ shot this time too!) and I’m totally exhausted!

RA/ Menopause
Since I've been using
Evorel
Conti patches, my joint pain has stopped almost completely. Admittedly my symptoms were mild and this could just be coincidence or psychosomatic but I do wonder if there is a connection between hormone levels and RA.

Monoclonal Antibody Infusions: an alternative to vaccination? My assessment for PWPs
Monoclonal Antibody Infusions: an alternative to vaccination?
In some situations probably yes.
Specifically, they are probably most useful for "positive Covid infected" PWP who are 1) NOT vaccinated or have not been vaccinated with last 90-120 days, 2) who are > 65 years old, 3) who have 1

Has any experienced loss of libido after hysterectomy?
I had to stop the Tibilone as it made my endo symptoms flare up so I have the
Evorel
patch 50. I read that SSRI like citalopram affects libido. So for me I don’t know if it’s the loss of ovaries or the citalopram?

Cimzia and Minor Eye Hemorrhage
I just started Cimzia this week with the first loading dose for comorbid RA and UC. The first 400mgs went fine except for painful (tiny!) hemorrhages in both my eyes. My eyes were very red and very painful, but did not swell or weep, and my vision was not at all affected. I went to my eye doctor and

Changing to another Biologic
Hi All, Does anyone know when changing to another weekly Biologic injection, would one need to stop the current biologic and wait for a week or two to start a new Biologic? Eg: Enbrel has stopped working after over 8 years, had to add Methotrexate to try and kick start it, but not great results, therefore

Anyone else in denial?
Does anyone else feel like they were diagnosed too hastily or that it cannot be real? The weird thing is that I e been symptomatic for 20 years but never put all the pieces together. I met with the rheumy. After one appointment and blood tests I got a diagnosis. It just seemed too easy. Idk maybe it

Rheumatologist wants mum to start Baricitinib.
My mum’s RA was very well controlled on Enbrel but things started to deteriorate after she was switched to Benepali. I understand that Baricitinib is an oral medication but my mum was also given a choice of another injection. Really don’t know which to choose. Is there a problem with choosing a tablet
