Evorel patches are very itchy!

Anyone else found this? Even though I change the patches every other day, they are unbelievably itchy. Any suggestions/ creams to use please?

I found this too, I originally put them on my hip, I then changed to my thigh and I didn’t find it as bad. Good luck xx

Thanks. I’ve been putting them on my thigh. It’s soooo itchy. Have told the clinic but they want me to stick with it for now! X

Hi hifer. You obviously are having a bit of a reaction to the patches. Perhaps contact your clinic and see whether you can switch to something else?? Diane

Hi. You could perhaps try an anti histamine?? Speak to your clinic again and see if they can recommend one. Most are usually acceptable. Diane

Hey Hifer, I used Estradot 100 on tummy (alternating sides) and found they were a bit itchy when changing them, my skin was a bit red and I had to refrain scratching- it goes away after a while.Found that they dried my skin quite a lot though so used Hydromol ointment to relieve dryness, works well and it’s pregnancy safe 😉good luck xx

Thanks. I’m on the same dose. My redness is really pronounced and takes ages to go away. My thighs look like patchwork quilts! I’ll ask if I can put them on my tummy too. Thanks re hydromol. I’ll get some of that. X
