Irregular periods, on POP contraceptive?
Hi all. I hope you're keeping well. I've been on the contraceptive pill since I was maybe about 14 (I'm almost 21 now). I'm not on it for contraception, I'm on it for painful periods, heavy bleeding, cramping etc (possible endometriosis) and a few years ago I was put on a POP pill and have been really

Itching.
I have no idea what I’m expecting anyone to help with but I get so sick of being fobbed off by doctors that I just feel the need to vent somewhere. To give a brief history I’ve not felt well since the birth of my 6th child 7 years ago. Exhaustion, sleep issues, period issues, I got diagnosed in 2019

Norethisterone started a day early by mistake- IVF short protocol- any problems?
Hi, I’m starting a short protocol IVF, been told to start Norethisterone tablets on day 21- but have started a day early (day 20) because of a mistake on nurse’s part. She re-assured it shouldn’t make a difference but I still worry! Any opinions? Thank you

Sudden bleeding
I haven't had a period since August as been taking norethisterone 3 times a day. Well today all of a sudden I've started bleeding heavily and lost huge clots that are bigger than a golf ball and look like tissue or something else but not like a usual blood clot you get with a period.. Not sure whether

Maexeni to Ridgivedon
Hey! So I was moved off of maexeni to ridgivedon by my dr as it’s cheaper I believe, it says it’s the same ingredients as maexeni (0.03 mg ethinylestradiol and 0.15 mg levonorgestrel) So am I right in thinking it will be the exact same as before? As so far I’m still bleeding on it after taking it for

Second round 🤞🏽 Long protocol using buserelin throughout cycle
Yayy Booked in for my second round of IVF after first round sadly failed, due to high progesterone at egg collection. Different protocol this time...instead of short protocol, I’m starting a long protocol. Just wondering if anyone has had similar protocol or any experience stories or advise. Start norethisterone

Anyone struggled on Norethisterone
I've been taking Norethistrone for about a month. Getting bad side effects, such as swollen feet, I feel like I'm swelling, constantly bloated, headaches like migraines, struggling to go to the toilet for both, it just comes when you get the urge, even though I'm on buscopan and solifenacin for my bladder

Norethisterone to induce period - spotting day 2?
My doctor has prescribed me norethis uterine to induce a period as I've not had one for 6 months. I only started it yesterday and I'm spotting. Wasnt expecting this until I stopped taking it after 10 days. Has anyone else experienced this? I have also been prescribed metformin.

IVF Medication
I have finally brought home my medication a couple of days ago, after so many set backs and years of waiting I'm finally starting to feel a glimmer of hope. I have been reading posts on here for a long time and have become familiar with some names of the medication but I have come home with medication

Ovarian cyst bleeding and pain
Hi Guys I don’t know if anyone can offer some advise or have a similar situation to me. I have an ovarian cyst on my right ovary that’s measuring about 6cm (last scan in August) which refilled after being drained from my first lap last year. I have an appt with an endo consultant in 2 weeks time to discuss

Hi, just wondering if anyone was prescribed norethisterone for 10 days from day 14-25 the month before ivf? Was this regardless of how long your cycle is or when you ovulate? Just reposting this in a more straightforward way :), thanks for your help, I did a short cycle last time so unfamiliar with

Hi there. I would appreciate anyone's advice on this. I am hoping to start an ivf cycle with my next period and have been told to take norethisterone for 10 days from day 14 to day 25 of period. During my consultation I told the doctor that my cycles are 26-27 days and so I'm wondering if the instructions
