Norethisterone constant cramps and pains

Hi ladies yes long story short! I've been on norethisterone now since last November STRAIGHT due to extreme periods each month my gyne recommended it for me till OP date for an elaboration which has now been cancelled .... so yeah I've been experiencing spotting throughout on not every day but most days of the month I including nasty period cramps ... nothing ibuprofen COULDN'T sort out but hence this reason this month was going okay till this week I've been experiencing NON STOP daily cramps and watery discharge which is a bit strange to me including some dryness every now and again but I'm sick of it as for 3 day this week the cramps have been UNUSUALLY DISCOMFORTING I dont know what is going on but I really need advice from someone or reassurance from someone that's been on norethisterone before and what they experienced please x
