Any downside for Apigenin?
Any downside for Apigenin? studies looked promising for Parkinson's. Dr Huberman likes it for his sleep stack (with L-theonine & mag). It's discussed a lot on the urology forum, with varying effects on testosterone and estrogen, depending on what I read....Thanks!

Should I take DHEA?
I’ve just been told I have low amh 3.6. Fertility consultant said it’s up to me if I take dhea. My clinic won’t test Dhea levels. Where do I go to get relevant blood tests? Is it DHEA-s and testosterone that I need tested? Any ladies here that didn’t take dhea, and with low amh that managed to have

Optimum DHEA-S Levels for Egg Quality (age 43)
Is the aim of supplementing with DHEA to bring my DHEA-S and Testosterone levels up to that of a 20 year old for optimal egg quality and egg quantity? I am taking 25mg every other day and recent GP blood test results are showing my DHEA levels to be in the upper quarter of the normal range but does

Regaining Length after Circumcision
UPDATE: almost 11 months after circumcision. In my late teens to early 20s, the longest I've ever measured my uncircumcised penis (not counting the foreskin tip) is 6.0" with the ruler pressed against the pubic bone. Got cut 11 months ago. My erections have felt restricted and shortened for the first

Orgovyx didn’t lower testosterone
My husband had RP Dec 2020, unfavorable pathology report and high decifer test so he started Orgovyx and then had radiation this summer. They just tested his psa, thankfully undetectable, but his testosterone which started at 253 only went down to 247. I guess that answers why he had no side effects

Not responding to stimulation
Hi all, I’m hoping you can help/offer some words of advice or hope. I don’t know what to do anymore and just feel like giving up on this journey, on everything in my life. I’m so sorry if I sound dramatic but I’m really struggling. I’m really don’t know how much more of this I can take. In summary, it

PSA 1.34 - Testosterone <7 ng/dl
My urologist indulged me and gave me the requested tests, numbers look good for 60 days on Eligard (Lupron). I have been concerned that Lupron is not working as I am still having sex 3-4 times /week. Does it say <7 because testosterone test is not sensitive to amounts below 7?

Testosterone injections.
Deciding on doing high Testosterone injections. If the PSA climbs will it be a tough job lowering it back or does this becomes difficult ? If not then it seems more of a reason to do it. It would be a mistake if the cancer starts to grow and would have been better off leaving the stuff alone. Trying

Folate - Folic Acid - Vitamin B9
This post is prompted by an unexpectedly low test result this week: 2.2 ng/mL (ref: > 3.0) Wik [1]i: "Folate deficiency is very rare in countries with folic acid fortification programs.", such as the U.S., which is why I have had no interest in testing. But I needed to get a B12 test & folate was included

First FET cycle
Day 1 on my period today.. I wondered why I hadn’t heard from the clinic, they hadn’t sent me my protocol! But panic over everything signed and sent to me. Oestradiol Tablets Collected from my local pharmacy. I don’t know why I thought I would be having a few weeks worth of injections again? I suppose

PSA and Testosterone befor starting Zytiga ( abiraterone )
I have been on Eligard for 60 days now and am about to start taking Zytiga. Experience whith DHEA, anyone?
Hi all, I’ve been prescribed 50 mg DHEA by my doc, as my DHEAs and testosterone were very low. He also told me to take it in the evening. I am puzzled. Dr. Google says to take it in the morning. Does anyone know when it should be taken? Would it lower my cortisol? I am on HC also. Thanks.

One Year Post Diagnosis
I was diagnosed with Stage 4 ductal adenocarcinoma of the prostate in late October 2020. After initially being on Eligard for 4 months my PSA had dropped to around 2.0, and the Oncologist was happy. My next PSA test after a further 4 months which included a continuation of Eligard and 25 radiation treatments

Pregnenolone and Iron infusion for low RBC and Iron count.
Recent blood test indicated very low pregnenolone and Iron. Pregnenolone is a pre curser to testosterone and may be a bad idea to supplement. RBC also quite low and was advised to do Iron infusion as iron supplements do not work for an 80 year old. Has anyone dealt with this ? Thanks

High testosterone treatment
Oncologist is ready to give injection of testosterone. I have been off ADT now for 12 months. Testosterone is 10 up from 4 in last two weeks, PSA is < 0.08 two weeks ago. I am 80 years old and have been fighting this now starting in 1999, My concern is if I do not do well on this and my PSA rises so
