Pregnenolone and Iron infusion for low RBC and Iron count.

Recent blood test indicated very low pregnenolone and Iron.

Pregnenolone is a pre curser to testosterone and may be a bad idea to supplement.

RBC also quite low and was advised to do Iron infusion as iron supplements do not work for an 80 year old.

Has anyone dealt with this ?

Thanks

My experience with iron is that my PSA always increases with higher dietary intake of iron. I actually use high-iron shellfish to raise my PSA when my diet drives it too low.
