Finished Radiation: Next Xofigo or Chemo for spine pelvic mets?

Finished Radiation to spine and pelvis 3rd week October. MO said wait a few weeks to recover. He wants to put me on trial with chemo + antibody DKN-01. However, I will need pre screening and they don't yet have a spot for me this could take several more weeks. Meanwhile Xtandi failed and PSA up to 13.58 from 2. 6 in 1 month and only taking Orgovyx for Testosterone - 4 last reading. Should I go for Xofigo first for spine which is causing spinal stenosis or Chemo first?

While the trials all look good. It can take weeks to get all the insurance approval, pre-screening, and in meantime my aggressive cancer Gleason 10 keeps growing without treatment. My MO said if the trial I applied takes any longer (Chemo + DKN-01) to start I should start chemo at least. Since Xtandi didn't work for 1 month October I'm without treatment 6 weeks next week and it could be 2-3 more weeks to even see if I start trial. Losing valuable time.
