Success with clonidine as a supplementary medication
Sharing some recent success. I have taken pregabalin 300mg for a number of years but have also supplemented it with a very small dose of clonazepam (between 0.125 and 0.5m) I started weaning off clonazepam approx 3 months ago because it's not desirable to take benzodiazepines long term (i'm weaning

I am Alone
My boyfriend has Bipolar Disorder and let say this year hasn't been the greatest overall. I haven't felt this suicidal since my teens( I'm a 26 year old female). I'm all over the place at the moment. I feel like I can't begin to express how much I want to end my life. I'm so tired of this. I'm always

Health Anxiety coping tips
anyone got some good ones? In a pretty bad bout right now and some of my old strategies don’t seem to be cutting it. Restarted medication 3 weeks ago but not noticing much help yet with the obsessive thoughts and ruminations. Appreciate any positive suggestions. Thanks.

My updated post…I saw Dr. Davenport head of ABN (Association of British Neurologists) today .
Dear Dr. Davenport , You kindly saw me today so I could get advice for my RLS for now and in the future. I also asked you for general advice for my future treatment in case certain drugs are forbidden to be prescribed. I particularly went to you as you are an eminent neurologist and head of the

How can you get someone to get help, he is 18 so I can't force him, he is not interested in anything doesn't even said words just nod, no friends, this has been going for the last three years I gave him a break moved with other family members thinking things will change, denies suicidal thoughts or hearing

Any correlation between antipsychotic discontinuation and b12 absorption or deficiency?
Hi, has anyone ever had experience of b12 deficiency symptoms after antipsychotic withdrawal/discontinuation, & more specifically Aripiprazole (Abilify)? I am still awaiting b12 deficiency test results, but I wonder if discontinuation has resulted b12 deficiency symptoms & creating a false normal?

Chronic Endometritis
Hey lovely ladies! My question today related to endometritis/chronic uterine inflammation. I have done 4 hysteroscopies so far (two in 2021, one in 2022, one in 2023), each time the inflamed endometrium came out, with a "strawberry" appearance. After the tests, I came out positive for Ureaplasma (at

I hope everyone is well or doing the best they can. I took a bit of a break just out doing my best 😊 Had an anxiety attack last night before bed but there were some circumstances that kinda led up to it that I let get the best of me. Plus I’ve missed a few doses of meds 🙄 I think that when I am

here we go again
tonight was good until the end. For me it feels like me life is in shambles. I had a trigger and it messed me up. I have the anxiety but tonight it feels more of a depression. Mind is wandering but literally want to break down. Got told what I needed to hear and truthfulness. I guess don’t ask if you

has anyone had madness when hypothyroid?
I went a bit mad 12 years ago thinking people were after me and ran away from home. I had a diagnosis of ME/CFS in 1992 and it got better 16 years later which is just when the madness started. I was diagnosed with bipolar disorder (at 44 years of age). Since then, I have had 3 episodes where I thought

sleep apnea and afib
According to monitoring with apple watch, my over night pulse rate often goes into the low 40s. In addition when I check in the morning I am often in afib. I have sleep apea and use a CPAP. Just wondering if anyone else has these low overnight pulse rates and any linkage to sleep apnea triggering afib

Journaling failures and tips
I believe, and my neurologist and therapist have recommended, that I start journaling. This is something that I have wanted to do for decades and hoping, planning, and then failing again to start seems to create a daily source of frustration, guilt, and disappointment. If I could do one line a day that

Pure misery, trying to avoid emotional eating/binge eating
I posted on a thread a while ago and got some very helpful comments and messages. I'm two weeks on. I am doing better eating wise : I'm making better choices and taking things one hour at a time. The problem I am having is being so desperately unhappy with my weight, especially the fat around my middle

Anyone experience insomnia since starting pirtobrutinib?
About an hour after I take it, I feel like I drank a triple espresso. At night it is causing insomnia. So far this is the only side effect except some nausea after my morning pill. My lymph nodes have gone down slightly. White count went up 5000 points in the first week, but interesting enough, my
