How can you get someone to get help, he is 18 so I can't force him, he is not interested in anything doesn't even said words just nod, no friends, this has been going for the last three years I gave him a break moved with other family members thinking things will change, denies suicidal thoughts or hearing voices, been diagnosed with ADHD at a young age, was a happy child, very funny and interested in sports, he eats, takes showers, when I have taken him to Psychologist he just denied any mental problems, doesn't want to see whether virtual/person counseling.

Please give me your inputs, anything, is very hard to see a young person have the young years wasted away.

Have you seen YouTube on Dr Georgia Ede or Dr Chris Palmer or Metabolic Mind? They talk about metabolic therapy including food to help mental illnesses. People have success with these.
