I hope everyone is well or doing the best they can. I took a bit of a break just out doing my best 😊
Had an anxiety attack last night before bed but there were some circumstances that kinda led up to it that I let get the best of me. Plus I’ve missed a few doses of meds 🙄
I think that when I am really feeling better I can surpass things that Ive implemented to help me get better 🤷♀️I guess it’s a flaw. BUT I was able to work thru and past the panic to fall back to sleep. So maybe the next stage for me is feeling the anxiety/panic and accepting it and moving on.
I guess we’ll see .
