I still feel exhausted, muscle pain, numb fingers and toes
ect
but what I really wanted to ask is this.... Is the Active B12 result of 150 in the range of "normal" as I cannot find any information on this.

Why is this so hard, someone to talk to
I had treatment resistant depression for my entire adult life, I've been on pretty much every med, hospitalized,
ECT
tms and ketamine. Nothings helped. I've gone the DBT and cbt route. I've been suicidal. Can anyone out there relate? I'm married with a 13 year old which makes it harder.

my journey so far
I have tried to change up my eating, focusing on eating fruits, veggies, nuts,
ect
. Cutting out processed sugars and milk as much as possible, limiting my alcohol intake to an occasional beer or whiskey.

A long long time ago, when I was very much younger, my dad suffered from very serious depression, and was bed bound for long periods, He ended up having Electro Convulsive Therapy (
ECT
) at the local mental hospital, which I think did help somewhat.

ECT for Depression when You Have Kidney Disease
But now the fatigue and insomnia are so much worse that I am considering a course of
ECT
(electro-convulsive therapy.) I was wondering if anyone else with advanced kidney disease has had experience with
ECT
, and whether or it not it helped your depressive symptoms? thanks, Happy_Mouth
