Hi I am Natalie, I have suffered from Anxiety also depression from the age of 21, 27 years of my life. I find that my anxiety gets really bad when I have to deal with issues like bills, meetings ect. Luckily I have Two Sons, my eldest Son helps me with all bills. The very first time I took a anxiety attack I felt tears rolling down my face then felt my heart pounding really fast , which I found really scary. Thankfully I had someone with me at the time, he told me to look at the water and breath, which I did, I think some people just think anxiety is when you just get a flush, but it certainly is NOT, It can be really frightening . I just wanted to say to anyone that suffers from anxiety issues try and stay strong and breath, try and focus on something else ie looking at the sky , birds noise of running water, anything to try and ease your mind away from the anxiety that you are feeling..

Thank you for sharing. Breathing is a great way to gain control back when we are having anxiety and adding a visual to that really helps.
Don't find this can keep your anxiety from escalating into panic?
