Diagnosed with prostate cancer with Gleason scale of 8. I have had consults with my urologist, endocrinologist, radiologist, and the surgeon. The surgeon was the last consult, i am being steered toward radiation, proton radiation. The surgeon was going to do robotic surgery to remove the prostate but due to a surgery for small intestine bowl resection( removed around 12 inches). He was concerned about scare tissue from that and hernia surgery/mesh in my abdomen. He was very familiar with the radiation facility and was impressed with them. He said he had another patient with Gleason 9 he was thinking about steering to the radiation facility. I have started the hormone therapy two days ago( pills at this time). Waiting on Monday to call radiation facility and have them set up putting in the markers and hydrogel. I also need to get PS MA and MRI. Also was instructed to start eating vegan or close as i can get. Update: I did PSMA scan and caner has moved outside prostate to right lymph node. Doc. Said Stage 4A. Aug 14th i got markers install in prostate and hydrogel put in. Getting closer to proton therapy. I have an MRI scheduled soon. Started the lupron shots on Aug. 22nd and had lab work done. PSA showed a drop to 1.44 from 4.25. Not sure what this means but sounds good to me. I have tried to change up my eating, focusing on eating fruits, veggies, nuts, ect. Cutting out processed sugars and milk as much as possible, limiting my alcohol intake to an occasional beer or whiskey. I have a Medical marijuana card and use sparingly for inflammation I take turmeric/black pepper daily along with other prostate health supplements. I also take Fenbendazole daily with breakfast. Next doctor appointment is Sept. 4th for MRI and setting up for proton radiation.

The fenben should really help w radiation and getting your psa down to almost zero n hopefully kill off, if not all most pca… I take ivermectin and when I coupled it w adt n radiation psa dropped to .11 the lowest I ever achieved. I now Just use the ivm cbd oil n turmeric for the most part and am trying to fend off any adt drugs.. good luck n keep us posted…

Thank you for the up lifting message.

It makes me have faith in this journey.

I continue to pray and grow in faith. I have changed my daily habits up, eating better and trying to avoid sugars. Thanks again.
