4th Transfer Done... will this be our time? š
Yesterday I had our 5BC put back. I had an extra 24 hours of progesterone this time, so hoping that might make a difference. I feel quite strange this time - I keep forgetting I've actually had an embie transferred! I did my post transfer acupuncture, and am trying to nail that balance of taking it easy

Has anyone tried acupuncture to ease pain? I have needle phobia, but heard about laser acupuncture. Would love to hear about your experience before I give it a try.

At last
Finally...I was referred by my GP to ENT services to check for an acoustic neuroma back in May 2021, finally 1 year later I am due to see a consultant next week. It's been that long waiting for a referral that I'm a little nervous now š it's just to see a consultant then they will list me for an MRI

I have felt my hearing has just got dramatically worse and I fear if I tell my employers about it they might reproach me. It's so horrible having this at 20. I have tried everything to stop it worsening such as earplugs etc in heavy traffic etc and everything but don't know what else to do. I sometimes

Meds after spinal fusion
My fusion was 11 weeks ago and I still need an occasional dose of my prescription medication. I have heard that otc meds such as aleve and ibuprofen can interfere with bone grafting, so I have been avoiding them. Surgeon said the otc's were okay to take at this point but I would rather wait until I

Curcumin Real Clinical Study, Anti Inflam
Came across this one. I think it's a rare Curc study using real people, vs animal or lab tests. It's looking for benefits in kidney disease. I was looking to find whether Curc might be a negative for kidney but positive implications come up for reasonable doses. https://clinicaltrials.gov/ct2/show

Hi, I've just been fitted with Oticon 'engage' hearing aids by my local audiology dept. after a referal from my GP. This was following being in a motorcycle collision in July 2021. I hit the side of a large car that pulled out of a line of stationary traffic. Luckily I was not seriously injured and
