I will be going for my 3rd FET D5 blastocyst with DE in about 2 weeks. I'm just wondering what I could do differently this time around to boost my chances of having a positive pregnancy test.
Currently taking estrogen patch and tablets.
I am drinking red raspberry tea , ginger tea, decaf green tea, and roboois tea on daily bases to help with my endometrial lining.
I had acupuncture pre and post the last time. I didn't really feel it's impact as the couch was uncomfortable and I was even more anxious during the two sessions. So I don't think I will go for it this time around. Although I am considering having it before that day and after that day.
Any other suggestions will be appreciated.

Hiya, honestly dig out your favourite book or line up your favourite films to watch. No tea or coffee.. no swimming or saunas.. no fancy face creams (no retinols) no perfume or deodorant ( roll on is ok), no heavy lifting ( i took this as no lifting at all!) my clinic was in Spain as we did donor egg and they were very helpful with what not to do best thing is to try and relax as much as possible xxx good luck!!
Hiya. check with your clinic but I wouldn’t be using anything not recommended especially anything internal that may disrupt or cause irritation at such a sensitive time xx
Ginger and lemon teas all good, I avoided raspberry as I’d read it may have other side effects. Nothing with caffeine ( all decaf but it really doesn’t taste the same!)
I moved to dove soap but the shower gel is good too, and like you I used palmer oil and moisturiser xx
I took omega 3 caps in the previous cycles. But am a point I stopped because personally I felt I was taking too much meds. So decided to stick with only those recommended by my clinic
Hi, I agree that adding probiotics would be really helpful and I plan on doing that as well for my next cycle. Also read that beetroot juice is really good for circulation in the TWW. Hope it all goes well x
hello! How are your vitamin D levels and iron? I had monthly injections 3 months before transfer - not because of the transfer but because my levels were low and I got BFP on the both those rounds. Don’t know if that was the silver bullet for us. Worth a shot.
I've been on vit D tabs throughout. The last time I checked it was normal. As for iron, I haven't checked. But I believe I am taking enough from my diet .
