is anyone familiar with alternative therapies for optic nerve atrophy including acupuncture, neurostimulation, supplements, or the restore vision clinic in Germany?

Alternative Therapies for Optic Nerve Damage

Would a Luiten supplement be advisable for improved eye health?
I am trying a number of supplements especially to repair nerve damage like alpha lipoic acid and Vitamin B3 (Glaucomin). I am also in a Syntonics program. I am sure this takes time to be effective. However, I would like to consider the other programs as well that do not involve surgery or medication. I have also taken supplements that contain Lutein, but I am not sure this will help repair the optic nerve.
I've spent lots of time looking. I have heard of the Fredrov Restoration Clinic though in Germany. I've heard about acupuncture, red light therapy and the electrical stimulation (can't remember it's scientific name) but I think there's still more proof needed that they work. I know in America they're working on ways to regenerate cells in the optic nerve as I'm part of one of their many studies to find genetic forms. I think in the near distant future there will be trials over there for humans. But to answer your question, I think more research needs to be done on alternative therapies. Although it wouldn't hurt exploring 🙂
I have been wondering the same. I am interested to know about the restore clinic in Germany?
savir-center.com/en/find-an... is reportedly restoring vision currently in individuals.
savir-center.com/en/find-an... in Grrmsny also is reportedly restoring sight!
Sorry for the duplication. Didn't see the first one!

Any theory or process making claims should be judged by independent study. Checking on'tnet all I can find is vague assertions of benefits of electic stimulation as Federov. Wouldn't you hope that all bodies seeking treatment for glaucoma would be clamouring for answers?
Now, in researching ways of improving ocular blood flow I have alighted upon Sildenafil. Looks promising except for an, er, nuisance side effect for males, and a warning that it might have a systemic hypotensive effect which opposes the benefit desired ! Damn !
