E45 cream

I saw my consultant surgeon just before the flare up and he suggested e45 cream or epaderm to start. A 111 doctor prescribed Hydrocortisone 1% / Clotrimazole 1% cream when the symptoms were unbearable yesterday.

This is different to the normal E45 cream , it is entitled E45 ANTI ITCH CREAM so don't confuse the two ok . You can get this as a repeat prescription item if you are a suffer also Thought I would share this

A number of people wrote about E45 cream. Well, of course, Amazon sells it and I ordered a tube. I have to say that it is far better than any cream my dermatologist prescribed. Thank you, thank you. I learn so much on a daily basis from this forum 😍

I have tried Epimax, E45 itch cream, coconut oil, Clotrimazole, Aveno with oatmeal lotion, and a prescribed body wash, all of which can work temporarily but need constant re-application. I still take Colestyramine for subcutaneous itching which I already had.

I bought E45 eczema cream but it doesn’t seem to work ? Any advice welcome 🙏
