Tired and in pain.
After working my 30 hour week I'm in bed again as I can't keep my eyes open for long. Ice been getting bac spasms in the middle of the night as well. Last week ended up at ooh boot knowing where to put myself. Was given diazepam 5 mg which worked a treat. Saw my dr this week and have been so disappointed

Home use of Gas and air
I had an interesting chat with my GP last week. I have chronic pain, and often find myself in the awful situation of being in so much pain, knowing that I need to move slightly to make it slightly easier, but also knowing that to physically move is going to cause even more pain temporarily. This is worse

Low right side pain, first day of period
Today is the first day of my period which is always bad but this has been a nightmare. I've had a new pain - low down on the right hand side, radiating into my groin and down my leg, with these areas also getting pins and needles at some point. I was dx with endo 11 years ago, an MRI in December showed

Week without sleep
Hi Peeps, I hope it's only me awake and you are all getting some precious sleep. I've been having the most awful flare the last 10 days or so and have had virtually no sleep. Most of you will know that I've had multiple spinal ops and a thoroscapular fusion. Waiting for an appointment at Guys & St

Post-Lap stitches in Belly button, Pain
Hi, I was just wondering if anyone has any advice please? I had my lap on 27th Feb and I have stitches in my belly button. They have been really gunky and red these last few days but they were meant to be dissolvable ones. I was admitted to hospital where my parents live and I was on IV antibiotics

Oramorph
After my horrible experience with Tramadol I've bee prescribed double the dose of codeine oromorph if I'm not coping despite the extra codeine. Never taken it before and I am nervous. One because it seems like a further step down a road I don't want to take and two because I don't know what to expect

Why does it seem that all I do is moan
I have now had this condition for around three years which I know to a lot of you isn't very long at all but to me it seems a long long time. But I have found over the last couple of weeks all I seem to do is complain about different things that have happened to me. I used to be a very positive person
