MST withdrawl.. Please help...

Mst withdrawl... HELP....

I took my last 10mg of mst twice a day on Sunday night.. I felt fine until yesterday (Thursday).. im going through hell now.. Hot sweats, freezing cold blood, cant sleep, dont want to eat, or drink really, cant keep still, pain in my legs, loose bowel motions, feeling really anxious... Can anyone tell me how long this will last? Ive been on mst for 3 years the highest inwas on was 120 mg with oramorph for break through pain.. Ive reduced it gradually but this last drop is horrid..
