Blood clotting and loss - low prothrombin time
Hi guys, Does anyone know much about Prothrombin Time? Mine just came back at 12.5 seconds - my hospital says the range is 12.8-17seconds so I think my blood clots a bit quicker than normal? Does anyone know what the treatment is for that? Sorry I’m not speaking to my doctor until 9th Jan and obvs

Anxiety
I suffer from bad anxiety, and PTSD from childhood to now, and am 61 years old. I'd like to join this group to see what others do, or get new ideas on helping with these issues. I do mindfulness and breathing techniques, adult coloring. Can't do a lot of exercises because of DDD, and other back problems

Any correlation between antipsychotic discontinuation and b12 absorption or deficiency?
Hi, has anyone ever had experience of b12 deficiency symptoms after antipsychotic withdrawal/discontinuation, & more specifically Aripiprazole (Abilify)? I am still awaiting b12 deficiency test results, but I wonder if discontinuation has resulted b12 deficiency symptoms & creating a false normal?

black out
Hi. I’m wondering if anyone else has experienced this. My mum who has CBS finds that when she laughs now she blacks out and feels faint. She is finding that this is happening more and more so is worrying. It’s very hard when we try and keep things upbeat but she’s scared of laughter. Any advice please

New job, Anxiety Attack
Hello all. I’ve been struggling with the decision to pursue a job requiring me to move over 2000 miles away from Florida to Arizona. Depo and panic attacks?
So, I've had my first depo provera shot last week, and today, I think I've had 3 panic attacks, all seemingly out of the blue. As far as I can remember, I haven't had one before. I do have very mild anxiety but nothing I take medication for. Are panic attacks associated with depo? Have any of you experienced

Good news, hopefully REM
Well, I am hoping this is good news. We seem to have ppl that are struggling, so maybe this gives them "hope". I had my sleep examination (48 hours assessment) in October, and I have the results of sorts back. I will need the expert advice of perhaps Sue or Jules, if they are not too busy. The polysomnography

PIP ASSESSMENT
Had my pip re-assessment over the phone yesterday. A nurse did it and she was really nice and put me at ease. She didn't ask questions that weren't reasonable relating to my fibromyalgia, chronic fatigue, ADHD etc.

here we go again
tonight was good until the end. For me it feels like me life is in shambles. I had a trigger and it messed me up. I have the anxiety but tonight it feels more of a depression. Mind is wandering but literally want to break down. Got told what I needed to hear and truthfulness. I guess don’t ask if you
