Joint pain and neuropathy at night making it very difficult to sleep - any suggestions?
I’ve been experiencing a lot of joint pain and neuropathy symptoms at night. It’s making sleeping very difficult. I fall asleep in pain (due only to pure exhaustion) and I am woken up every morning by the same pain. Any suggestions for what to do? I need to be able to sleep. It’s horrible.

Why watermelon is good for us
Only 6.8% of U.S. adults have optimal cardiometabolic health, while an estimated 47 million have cardiometabolic disorders Watermelon contains L-citrulline and L-arginine, which are nitric oxide (NO) precursors; NO helps relax blood vessels and widen arteriesConsuming watermelon juice attenuates reductions

Blood pressure higher in the evening
Normally I take my blood pressure in the morning at about11 o'clock. I am on medication , I take ramipril a diuretic and bisoprolol (2.5) at night and another bisoprolol in the morning at 11. I have discovered that my BP is normal at 11am (120/80) but sharply increased in the evening at 19:00 (160/110

Mitochondrial Dysfunction and Parkinson’s Disease—Near-Infrared Photobiomodulation as a Potential Therapeutic Strategy
This article references the 830 nm near infrared that is in the inexpensive red light hat I posted about earlier. https://www.frontiersin.org/articles/10.3389/fnagi.2020.00089/full The red light LEDs are 660 nm and the article references 670 nm, but hey it's half of them that are to the nm. https

Greetings
Hello all. I joined this forum today as my doctor has told me I need to get from 87kg, 13.7st, 191.8lb to 70kg. That is a loss of 17kg, 2.7st, 37.5lb. This is assuming my conversions are correct. Recently I was diagnosed with Diabetes T2, Metabolic Syndrome, and Multifactorial chylomicronemia syndrome

Week 2 - Done
Since I'm spreading this week out to get back to Monday/Wednesday/Friday running, I did W2R3 today, it seems strange leaving so much time between the runs but I'll be back to the preferred routine next week. Fibro pain or nerve damage?
I was diagnosed with fibro about a year ago and have had RA for about 5 years (which is currently in clinical remission). Over the last couple of years at random intervals I've been experiencing excruciating electric shock like pains in the outer side of my right foot, always in the exact same spot.

helped needed on how to treat internal tremors in arms and legs
I was diagnosed with PD over 3 years ago and prescribed Rasagiline and Madopar. Sorted RLS with TruNiagen. Nicotinamide Riboside Sorted most PD symptoms with B1 sublingual. Eg balance, arm swing, smile, energy etc. My problem now is internal tingling down arms and legs without visible movement.

Dapagliflozin and Furosemide together?
Hello everyone. Hope your all doing great. Just started Dapa today to add to the list (entresto, betas, apixban, eporlenone and Furosemide). I understand dapa acts as a diuretic like Furosemide. Are these drugs ok to take together. I never really liked Furosemide as it never really increased my need

taking Inspra/Eplerenone with Sando-K (as blood tests show potassium level low) and Bumetanide
My understanding of being prescribed Eplerenone is that it is a potassium sparing diuretic (stops any potassium being expelled from the body) to be taken alongside the Bumetanide which is a diuretic that expels all excess fluid. I was previously prescribed Spironolactone -another slightly stronger potassium
