I was diagnosed with PD over 3 years ago and prescribed Rasagiline and Madopar.
Sorted RLS with TruNiagen. Nicotinamide Riboside
Sorted most PD symptoms with B1 sublingual. Eg balance, arm swing, smile, energy etc.
My problem now is internal tingling down arms and legs without visible movement. Feels like gentle electric shocks, or like having an electric toothbrush inside arm or leg.
Worse at night but now during day as well. Only found one other person with exactly same symptoms. Help please.

After years of unexplained axial rigidity, internal tremor was my second motor symptom to show up, 1.5 years before official diagnosis, with that same sensation of having an electric toothbrush implanted in my chest cavity. I first noticed it when waking up, but it started affecting me off and on throughout the day within 6 months. Pins and needles paresthesia in both feet started about the same time, mostly affecting me during the daytime, so it's probably nothing like the RLS you experience. About 2 years after I first noticed the internal tremors, an action tremor and full body postural tremor kicked in. I had a nasty psychological reaction to Sinemet, so I can't say if that would have helped the tremor. After trying Rasagiline, Ropinirole, and Pramipexole, all with intolerable side effects, my MDS started me on Trihexyphenidyl (Artane) 1mg TID. This has reduced all the tremors by 90% for me. Read over possible side effects before jumping into it. This medication helped the tremors, but had no effect on other symptoms.
my hubby has internal tremor that I can’t see. Drives him mad. He cannot tolerate levodopa but has to take small amount of madopar but when it wears off he shakes and vibrates internally. Any more levodopa and he wants to die.
I know how he feels. Been awake half night but can’t stop internal tingling. Had to get up and now they have stopped. I’m going to try high dose b12 because I read that helps
Adenosyl B12 helpful particularly for certain genetic types of PD.
Regarding high dose B vitamins, consider high-dose thiamine. Dosing instructions and other information at the links. Many people with Parkinson's have benefited from this treatment. Allow four months for full effect:
I have been on the b1 sublingual therapy for 10 months with amazingly good results but it hasn’t fixed my internal tremors. I already take b12 but I’m going to try higher dose. I have also been told to try high dose D3
