Swollen feet, ankles, legs.
I’m told it’s water retention but my ankles and feet are swollen and sore. I have diabetes and am on insullin. Is this dangerous?

Glucose test 27 weeks pregnant.
I have a glucose test very soon and because of my anxiety I'm dreading it. I've had one before and it was all normal. I've used my mother's blood sugar test as she has diabetes (that's why I need the test) and my levels came back normal too. Question is; is it mandatory to have one? I suffer with anxiety

I did C25k two years ago and got to running 8-10 relatively regularly, including a gorgeous trot with @Oldfloss in Criccieth and a crazy parkrun on Pwhellii beach accompanied by the Cats and Kittens. Obesity appetite suppressing drug Semaglutide could be a game changer in weight loss!
Hi everyone, I've been reading the news today about semaglutide. As a study has found that a weekly injection of semaglutide helped those in the trial of around 2000 to lose an average of 15Kg in 15 months and this is a fantastic game changer. Here's an extract from Jan who lost 4 stone in the trial
