How can I get some real relief from this RLS torture?
I am pleased , but also envious, to see that many people have benefited from medicinal marijuana. I finally managed to obtain some THC/CBD oil here in Sydney in the hope it would help me get off Pregabalin which is no longer working for me after many years on 300mg nightly, but I have found that, not

My Latest Stack: Anybody want to deep dive on protocols?
So this is my latest stack. I think I have a good list now. Now it is time to fine tune it. Get the dosages and timing right. Will any of it help? I hope so. I have not been diagnosed with PD. I have been diagnosed with REM Sleep Behavior Disorder (with other troubling symptoms). I still have a sore

Week 6 run 2. Should be uneventful, right? Wrong. It was dark this evening. Damp, cold without a frost, and no friendly moon to light a silvery path. I set off keenly along the row of houses, each fiercely blazing with outdoor security lights. The damp chill in the air dispelled any lingering warmth

Dipyridamole update
I have been on 100mg x2, one at about 4pm and one closer to 8pm. It is recommended to take Dipyridamole on an empty stomach. This is still lower than the effective dosage in the study and I intend to increase it. I have cut pregabalin from 300mg to 150mg. My goal is to cut it again when the 150mg

A couple of weeks ago, I joined this community after experiencing High Heart Rates (HHR) and faced the possibility of an Ablation. I was waiting to see my PCP for some lab work and discuss other possible causes of my HHR. Since then, the HHRs have stopped. Just as fast as they started, they stopped.

Hhi there. I'm currently taking MST for pain relief and I've been told in passing from a GP that I may be better on subutex. I was wondering if anyone can h help me.. Will it be a straight forward transition to subutex or will I have to have a break from the morphine before starting subutex

Hi I've been taking the above for a number of weeks as I'd read its good for neuropathy. I have fibro and one of my most persistent and annoying symptoms is pins and needles in my feet and hands. Insulin & glucose in Parkinson's / Ketogenic lifestyle
hi, I am finding that the effect of glucose or insulin has quite an effect on mobility. Before, it seemed that protein alone would interfere with L-Dopa. Now it's not only that, but post-prandial somnolence that can lay me down for hours. Come the next day, I can pretty much lead a "normal" day (with

METFORMIN or BERBERINE? The Same? 1 HUGE Difference! [2021] Interesting Video
EDIT March 17, 2024:
Today somebody shared a link to a two year old post of mine about a report on Berberine being neurotoxic and taking it off of my stack. Within a few months I found other information on Berberine and, using my High School educated brain, decided that Berberine definitely needed
