Hi, I hope everyone is well this evening, had a good Christmas and will have a good new year x I’ve been getting some pains in my head, different to usual (I’ve got a lot of different pains throughout the years and learnt what should be noted or not, I think!) well this pain is more what I thought was

Lap in 3 weeks, don’t know what to expect.
Hello ladies, I have a lap in 3 weeks and my boss wants to know how much time off work I will have post op. I also have a 7 year old and a husband who works nights so I effectively do 99% of the childcare. Don’t know what to expect and haven’t heard anything from the hospital apart from my date. No pre

Hey! This is my first time writing on here, I've been finding all of the information everyone has written about so helpful. I've had terrible period pains since they started when I was 11 yrs old, I was put straight on the contraceptive pill which seemed to control the pain. I've used different pills

Cranial Electro Stimulation (CES)
I think I posted about this before. Cranial Electro Stimulation (CES) is the business of passing an extremely low ampere electrical current through your brain. Do not confuse it with Electro Shock Therapy. There is 30+ years of research into CES, with no adverse effects. Most research is directed at

Non-hormonal ways of kicking endo in the butt?
I am having major troubles finding a good med. Having migranes with aura, hormonal acne, edema (especially facial) and Hair loss, i am not able to use contraceptives or progesterone for the job. I am trying to push the lap as far as possible, since i am aware it will only make things worse in the long

Being referred
Hi, I'm new here. I'm 45 and I've never been referred to a Gynaecologist despite my symptoms, but now at last I'm being referred. I'm feeling really upset and confused. Yesterday was my 3rd appointment to try to fit the mirena coil, hoping it would be 3rd time lucky, but no. My cervix is too scarred

Hi ladies I had my first lap 3 weeks ago this coming Monday, I’m back at work scabs have come away and looking great (as great as can be). I had my copper coil swapped for a mirena and have ovulated since which just resulted in normal period cramps (guessing it was ovulation as it was 9 days before
