Can anyone help I've had the copper coil in for 4 years. Periods av been fine. But now I'm spotting every day for 2 weeks now. Not heavy but seems to be when I wipe my self. I can't have sex with my partner as my coil is cutting him. I've felt and can feel the strings. But it's movable. Can anyone tell me if the coil as move. Thanks xx

Hi, I’d get this checked out it sounds like your coil may have moved, use another form of protection if you have sex. If your coil is cutting him it could be that it’s moved down into your cervix, if you get it checked and still don’t feel it’s right, ask for an ultrasound. Hope it gets sorted for you soon x

Yep get this checked quickly as I could be cutting you also and that’s what the spotting is!
