Do any of you have dull aches on your lower back and by your pelvic area then bad diarrhoea? I've had to go to the loo 3 times within 30minutes I was already worried about my weight ๐Ÿคฆ๐Ÿผโ€โ™€๏ธ Thats 4 times this week I've had diarrhoea this week I was meant to have my period this week but the coil stopped it as well as most of the pain but I still have dull aches and nausea ๐Ÿ˜ฎ I thought I might of caught something but I actually dont have nausea just the runs but I dont want to take anti diarrhoea tablets because last time it caused it to come out of the other sorry ๐Ÿ˜‚ Its a change from my daily constipation but with this I feel like I dont want to go anyway and I was meant to take my boyfriend out for a birthday meal because I had my op when it was his birthday I feel so bad he doesnt seem bothered though but I feel bad ๐Ÿ˜ฎ

I haven't been diagnosed with endo yet (lap in 2 weeks) but for the past 3 months I get a really bad stomach 3-4 days before my period. It can get so bad that I sweat profusely all over my body (sorry tmi) and can't stop shaking with the pain. I also get terrible nausea and really struggle to eat, I'm losing weight which worries me. I can only assume it's most likely endo related due to it only ever starting close to your period. Since removing dairy and red meat from my diet 3 weeks ago this period has been slightly better so far. You could try changing your diet (if you haven't already) and see if that helps? If it gets worse and/ or you're losing weight I would make a doctors appointment just incase.

Thats sounds awful ๐Ÿ˜ญ Yeah I think it maybe a new endo symptom I have developed fun ๐Ÿ˜‚ I've had a year of losing weight I've gone from being 10st 10lb to 7st 10lb ๐Ÿ˜‚ I am going to the doctors about it though because I finally thought my weight had settled but even eating a lot at christmas has lost me 6lbs ๐Ÿคฆ๐Ÿผโ€โ™€๏ธ I have changed my diet I dont eat gluten I've cut down on red meat and dairy the only thing thats made a difference is cutting out gluten I'm not constantly nauseous anymore ๐Ÿ˜ฎ It just comes in flares now ๐Ÿ˜ฎ Luckily it was only that one time ๐Ÿ˜ฎ Thanks for the reply ๐Ÿ˜Š

You've lost so much weight ๐Ÿ˜ฑ Definitely go see a doctor, it can't be healthy! Thank goodness it was just a one off, sounds like you really been through it. The doctor should be able to give you a milkshake type drink that will help you gain weight but they will most likely want to investigate what's causing such extreme weight loss. I hope you feel better soon!

I know ๐Ÿ˜‚ My boyfriend says its because I eat less and have changed my diet but even when I eat a lot I feel like I lose it ๐Ÿคฆ๐Ÿผโ€โ™€๏ธ Those protien shakes are so expensive ๐Ÿ˜‚ I hope they can give me anti nausea tablets because that maybe one of the causes of my weight loss I have weeks where I'm nauseous so dont eat much but I have other weeks where I'm fine (near enough) ๐Ÿ˜ฎ If the runs will come every period at least I will be prepared next time ๐Ÿ˜‰ Thank you I hope I just stop losing weight now ๐Ÿ˜‚

Men are so funny ๐Ÿ˜‚

Could you buy protein powder? Its like ยฃ18-ยฃ20 for 1kg bag that should last you a few months. Just trying to think of alternatives to food so you're at least getting something. I'm going to speak with my doctor first but I think it's what I'm going to do. I get nausea too but only a few days at a time usually when I'm ovulating and before/ during my period - it's impossible to eat!

If you get a dodgy tummy again diaoralyte is good and plain dry foods like rice cakes - literally what I live off of. Also bananas are good too but not on an empty stomach.

I hope you get the nausea under control and start feeling better.

They are ๐Ÿ˜‚ I might try it but my body for some reason hates liquidized food ๐Ÿ˜ญAwwww I know how you feel I dont get worse nausea around my period I do though get daily nausea as well ๐Ÿ˜ฎ Went to the doctor I've got a blood test tomorrow hopefully that will tell me if I'm anemic also theres a certain type of ibd anemia and they are going to check my thyroid because both thyroid and ibd can cause weight loss ๐Ÿ˜ฎ Thank you I will try that next time ๐Ÿ˜ฎMe too ๐Ÿ˜ญ
