Go on then.... Google it! I did! I had never heard of it before being diagnosed: I can't say that I have learned much at all about it in the last 3 years! This forum is going to change all that,I know... What can I say, except that it itches like mad and is often very painful! Fucidin and Timodine creams

Very itchy, bumpy rash
Hi all, Any ideas on what this rash is? It started back in the summer and I just put it down to the very hot weather. However, it's getting worse and is now on my arms, armpits, stomach and sides mainly. I suffered from eczema as a child but it didn't look like this. I wondered about some sort of allergy

In Memoriam ... herb_8789 left our world in March 2018
I belatedly learned from his family today that Herb left our world in March 2018 as a result of his advanced prostate cancer. Herb ( herb_8789 ) did not post/reply here extensively, but he was always generous with me in Chats and personal emails we exchanged in 2017, and he followed this forum closely

And this is me on a good day....
My extreme chronic fatigue has taken an extra twist as I add hydrocortisone into my steroid mix, and I'd be delighted if anyone has thoughts or experiences to share. I'm currently tapering methyl prednisolone and gradually adding hydro in as part of the taper (I have adrenal insuficiency). My regime

First asthma, then acid reflux, now eczema. What next?
Since end of September I have been struggling to get/keep my coughing (CVA) under control. Had 2 bouts of Pred. Changed inhaler to Fostair. Had blood tests and ECG and doc says I am as healthy as a horse. Suggested I have silent acid reflux and prescribed omeprazole which stopped the night time coughing

Hydrocortisone question
It was recently determined time to begin daily oral steroids for my son. We have been prescribed hydrocortisone, but it only comes in a pill form. There has to be an easier way to get a 10 month old to take his meds! Per our doctor, we tried mixing the meds will a small amount of liquid and giving via
